Defective items:
Please tell us what’s wrong and provide pictures. Well compare them to the pics we took the day of shipment. If we missed something, we’ll be happy to make it right. We’ll either refund or replace it upon receipt of the defective item.
Personalized items:
Personalized items are not eligible for refund. We will always email you a proof before we finalize your product so you can make sure everything is correct. Once you ok the proof, we will ship it.
